Join us for an intensive 2-day Rugby 7s workshop. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned player, this is your chance to train like a pro. From the fundamentals - passing, tackling, stepping and kicking - to advanced tactics, team structure and match strategy, every session is designed to make you sharper, smarter and faster on the pitch.

Your Coach: Cameron Gregory-Ring
- Professional rugby player since 2014 (Scotland, England, France, NZ)
- French Fédérale 1 / Nationale 2 since 2016
- Rugby 7s with the Scavengers (French elite circuit)
- International tournaments since 2018.
- 2024 player with Montpellier Hérault in the Super Sevens tournament.
- Women's coach at AS Mâcon.
